Spot AI Support is committed to providing assistance for any technical issues relating to Spot AI products and answering any queries not addressed in our Knowledge Base. Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9 am - 9 pm Eastern Time. Please note, there is no dedicated phone line for the Support team.

Ways to Contact Support

Spot Dashboard and Knowledge Base Widget (Preferred Method)

Cases can be submitted from within the Dashboard.

  1. Click on the 'Support' button located at the bottom-right of any Dashboard page.​

  2. Click on 'Messages', then 'Ask a question'.

  3. Follow the prompts.

Once a case is opened with the Support Team, communications will occur via the email address captured in the support form, as well as via the case in the Support widget.

The 'Support' button is the preferred method, since the integrated AI agent might be able to give you the help that you need faster than the Support Team.

Email

Send an email directly to [email protected]. Any relevant attachments should be added to aid in the resolution process. Future communication for the resolution of the aforementioned items will be initiated via email.
