Troubleshooting: Unable to add Bullhorn " (AXIS C1310-E Mk II) to dashboard

To add the bullhorn, click on “Diagnostics” to verify the status. If the bullhorn has been successfully added, it will appear as active.

As long as the bullhorn model supports TCP, P2P, and SIP, and ONVIF is enabled, there should be no issues automatically adding the bullhorn to the dashboard.

Issue 1: No Bullhorn found error when you are running “Diagnostics”

  • Login dashboard >>Go to admin >>device and click on "discover and add camera."

  • Remove the filter "hide other devices" on top. Look for Axis C1310-E Mk II

  • Verify if the username and password are correct on the dashboard

  • Do not worry about the RTSP port or path ( Just fix the bullhorn username and password on the dashboard )

  • Re-run Diagnostics as described above. If the bullhorn shows as active, it has been added successfully. If you still encounter an error, ensure that ONVIF is enabled on the Bullhorn; if not, add an ONVIF account ( username/pass), the same as your login.

Issue 2: "Communication error "

  • Make sure Bullhorn has a power connection ( Verify all physical connections)

  • SIP might be disabled: (Session Initiation Protocol — used for bullhorn audio communication (P2P variant)

  • Make sure (enable SIP and allow incoming SIP calls)

  • Rerun diagnostics ( you should be able to add the bullhorn)
