Misplacing your password doesn't mean losing access to your Spot AI Dashboard account. This article outlines the steps to reset your password:
Self-Resetting your Dashboard Password
Head to the Dashboard login page at https://dashboard.spotai.co.
Click on "Don't remember your password?"
Enter the email associated with your Spot AI Dashboard account
Follow the instructions in the password reset email you receive to set a new password.
Note: If you don't receive a password reset email, please ask one of your Dashboard Administrators to assist you. If this fails, don't hesitate to reach out to Spot AI Support.
Dashboard Admin: Assisting a User with Password Reset
Log into the Dashboard at https://dashboard.spotai.co.
Navigate to 'Admin > Configure > Users'.
Locate and select the user in the list.
Click 'Resend Invite'. This action prompts an email to be sent to the user, allowing them to create a new password.
