Location Contact for Proactive Alerts

In our ongoing efforts to be a market leader in stability, Spot AI proactively scans the fleet for inconsistencies and potential issues. If one is found, our support team will create a ticket to alert you to the issue and provide possible solutions or troubleshooting steps. In order for this process to be most effective, please ensure that a valid contact is listed in the Location Contact Name field for each location across your organization.

Note: If the listed location contact is not listed as a user within your organization, for security's sake we will choose a Super Admin user to alert instead. For best practice and to ensure alerts are not missed, we suggest using an alias or general mailbox to receive these alerts (ex: [email protected]).

  1. Navigate to Admin > Devices

  2. Choose 'Location' from the left-side menu

  3. Choose the location you'd like to update from the populated list. If you have multiple locations, you can search or filter for the specific location for ease of use.

  4. Enter the contact name in the 'Contact Full Name' field, and the email address in the 'Contact Email' field

  5. Click 'Save' to apply the update
