How do I add cameras to specific IVR?

Manually assigning cameras to a specific IVR is currently unavailable.

Cameras are added to IVR through automatic load balancing. For example, if you have two IVRs with a 16-camera capacity each, the system will distribute the cameras by adding one to IVR A, one to IVR B, and so on.

If you need specific cameras assigned to a specific IVR, activate all the cameras first and submit a support ticket with the IP addresses of the cameras and the serial of the particular IVR you want cameras on. Our support team can manually move them on the backend for you.
