If you're trying to download a large amount of footage and manual download doesn't work, our Support team can assist.
Support can help retrieve up to 100 hours of footage across all cameras at your site.
If the total footage exceeds 100 hours, there may be an additional charge based on the amount of data requested.

To request a footage download:
Open a support case.
Specify the name of the location.
Provide the required camera names or IP addresses
Provide the exact date and time range for the footage you need.
