Troubleshooting :

If you're experiencing issues accessing the dashboard, follow the steps below to help identify and resolve the problem:

1. Verify if it's a browser-specific issue

If you're logged in using Google Chrome, try accessing the dashboard on an alternative browser such as Microsoft Edge, Safari, or Firefox.

2. Clear browser cookies and cache

In Chrome:

  • Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

  • Go to Settings > Privacy and security.

  • Click Clear browsing data.

  • Set the Time range to All time.

  • Check Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files.

  • Click Clear data, then restart the browser and try logging in again.

3. Determine if the issue is user-specific

  • Confirm whether only you are experiencing the issue. If other users can access the dashboard normally, the problem may be related to your user policy or permissions.

4. Rule out device or network issues

  • Try logging in from a different device, such as another laptop or phone.

  • If possible, connect through a different network to rule out local connectivity problems.

5. Still having trouble? Create a support case

If the issue persists, please open a support case and include the following details:

  • Organization name

  • Screenshot of the error

  • HAR file capture (browser session log for troubleshooting)
