Verify the Serial Number
Ensure you're entering the correct serial number on the dashboard. IVR serial numbers typically begin withsnxx-xxx
.Is This an Older or Inactive Unit?
If the IVR hasn’t been connected for a really long time, its security certificate and tunnel may be outdated. In this case, you’ll need to physically connect it to the same network as another IVR that is currently online.Next Steps
Once the unit is connected to the same network as an active IVR, please open a support ticket and include the following details:The serial numbers of both IVRs (the active one and the one you're trying to add).
The IP address of the IVR you’re attempting to register.
Once this information is provided, the support team will access the unreachable IVR using its IP address and recreate the tunnel. After that, you should be able to successfully register the serial number on the dashboard.
