Welcome to Spot AI! If you're ready to set up your new Spot AI Camera System, or are curious what to expect in your hardware shipment this is the place for you. Once you've verified your equipment, the next step is to Install and Connect your Cameras and Spot IVR.

Spot AI IVR (Appliance)

If you ordered a 31M/B, 41M/B/E, or 43 M/B/E Series appliance, confirm that each box comes with the following components:

  • One (1) Spot AI appliance

  • Two (2) 8-foot ethernet cables

  • One (1) 8-foot power cable

  • One (1) miniDP to DP adapter

Most models do not ship with a miniDP to DP adapter. Only appliances with serial numbers beginning with sn6 will receive a miniDP to DP adapter.
