Step 3: Log In to the Spot AI Dashboard and Create a Location

Once you've installed your Spot AI IVR and physically connected the IVR and cameras, it's time to log in to the Spot AI Dashboard for the first time and create a location for your new equipment. The Spot AI Dashboard is where you’ll go to view your cameras, search and share footage, administer the system, and use other Spot AI features from anywhere in the world.

You should have received a link in your email inbox to create an account on the Spot AI Dashboard. If you are not able to locate the email or you receive an error that the link has expired, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Account Executive and they can resend the Dashboard invitation. Access New Location Screen

Once you’ve created an account in the Dashboard and logged in for the first time, it will prompt you to invite users or set up a location – you will first create a Location. You can also navigate to Locations by selecting the Admin > Devices tab, then clicking Locations from the menu on the left, and finally Add Location.

Create the New Location

Once in the New Location creation screen, ensure that the 'Locations' tab is active, and fill out the requested information. Once all the information is filled out, click 'Save and Continue' or 'Create' to move to the next step: Register and Connect the Spot AI IVR.
